WELCOME TO ILFRACOMBE WORKS HUB
Ilfracombe Work Hub is based at the Ilfracombe Centre, on the High Street.
Funded by Devon County Council and hosted and run by Ilfracombe Town Council, the Work Hub is a development of five offices and shared hot desking space.
The fully serviced offices are a mixture of one and two desk offices with room for other office furniture. They are designed for new business start ups, small businesses, freelancers and big companies who need a small office for a remote member of staff.
The cost per month start at just £120 for a 1 desk office which includes all utilities, rates and internet with flexible leases.
Hot Desk are also available from £10 for half a day or £20 for a full day.
